Nebraska Real Estate Brokerage Disclosure

Owners should consult qualified professionals regarding tax treatment, entity structure, landlord obligations, building code issues, fair housing compliance, insurance coverage, and investment risk.

Resident and Tenant Information

Residents and tenants should refer to their signed lease, addenda, resident portal, written notices, and applicable Nebraska law for specific rights and responsibilities. Nebraska’s Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act applies to many residential rental relationships and includes provisions regarding rent, landlord and tenant obligations, remedies, security deposits, and related matters.
